El forro se queda. El short se mueve.
El forro interior se mantiene en su sitio entre sentadillas, zancadas y flujos largos. La capa exterior cae relajada y se mueve suelta por encima. Dos piezas cosidas como una, así que las ajustas una vez y te olvidas de que están ahí.

¿De verdad cabe un móvil en los bolsillos?+
Sí. Los bolsillos laterales están cortados para el móvil y las llaves, y quedan lo bastante ajustados para no moverse al correr.
¿Es extraíble el forro?+
No, el forro va cosido. Es lo que mantiene el ajuste firme y evita que la capa exterior se suba bajo esfuerzo.
¿Y si llega dañado?+

Excellent running shorts. I took size L, hip circumference 95 cm, waist 71 cm. Height 171 cm, weight 60 kg. Everything is well stitched and sealed. Size L doesn't chafe and fits comfortably on the body.
The shorts are very nice and comfortable. I ordered them even though I'm small because I wanted them to be loose on me, and I loved it that way. The fabric is super cool, I highly recommend it, and it arrived in 8 days.
The shorts are of excellent quality, soft and comfortable, everything is well stitched, no threads are sticking out. Waist 63, hips 85, looked at reviews and thought S would be tight, so ordered M, turned out to be quite loose, the inner shorts fabric stretches well, but still fit and look good. The most important thing is that they don't gather at the groin, although you can pull them up to the navel.
I bought it to wear while running, but it's much better than I thought. It has pockets in the mesh fabric, perfect for putting a phone or card wallet. I wear Korean size 55, and size M fits perfectly. I'm satisfied.
Great material, and super comfortable
The M is a bit small for someone from Spain who is a size M. You have to take L, otherwise it's super good.
