RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your right to cancel (EU right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to support@trainaxion.com. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14 day period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we reimburse the standard cost.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning the goods
Send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not the item you ordered, in which case we cover the return.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may inspect and try the product as you would in a shop.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items
Every shipment is insured. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to support@trainaxion.com and we will send a replacement free of charge or refund you in full. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

Legal guarantee of conformity
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery under EU law. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Exchanges
If you would like a different colour or model, contact us at support@trainaxion.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the exchange, subject to availability.
