SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping options and delivery times (Europe)

Standard (DHL) — 3 to 10 business days — Free on all orders

Express (DHL Express) — 2 to 7 business days — Calculated at checkout

Both options are fully tracked and insured against loss in transit.
International (outside Europe)

Estimated delivery 7 to 21 business days, tracked.
Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to Europe. Express shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking usually activates within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
Damaged on arrival

Every shipment is insured. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo of the product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery to support@trainaxion.com and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Customs and import charges

Orders delivered within the European Union include all applicable taxes, with no additional fees on delivery. For destinations outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and others), local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. AXION is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control.
