How long does shipping take?+

Standard shipping is free across Europe and takes 3–10 business days, fully tracked and insured against loss. Express (DHL Express) takes 2–7 business days and is available at checkout.

How do I track my order?+

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

What is your return policy?+

You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging, in line with EU consumer law. Start a return by emailing our support team with your order number.

Can I exchange an item?+

Yes — if you need a different colour or model, contact support within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the exchange once the original item is on its way back.

How do photochromic lenses work?+

Photochromic lenses automatically darken in bright sunlight and clear up in low light, so one pair covers dawn runs, midday rides and evening sessions. The transition takes seconds and works for UV400 protection in every state.

Are your sunglasses safe for cycling and running?+

Yes. Frames are made from lightweight, impact-resistant polycarbonate designed for sport: they grip under sweat, resist knocks, and the lenses block 100% of UVA/UVB (UV400).

Which payment methods do you accept?+

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Do I pay customs or import fees?+

Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable taxes — no surprise fees at delivery. For non-EU destinations (UK, Switzerland, Norway), local import rules may apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

Every shipment is insured. Send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
