Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of trainaxion.com and any purchase you make through it. Please read them before ordering.

1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Siclopay Ltd, trading as AXION, a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under company registration number HE 472015, with registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou 14, Floor 1, Office 101, 3070 Limassol, Cyprus. 2. HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or description error, or a breach of these terms. A pricing error is an error, not an offer, and we will tell you before anything is cancelled.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. For customers in the European Union, prices include all applicable taxes, and there are no additional import fees on delivery. For destinations outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by third party payment providers through a secure checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Any discount code or promotion is subject to its own stated conditions and validity period, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.

4. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. Product photography may include styled or lifestyle imagery.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery times and shipping options are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURNS

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, and you benefit from a 2 year legal guarantee of conformity. These rights, and how to exercise them, are set out in full in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own genuine opinion and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may publish, decline to publish, or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off topic, or not a genuine customer opinion. By submitting content you grant us a non exclusive licence to display it on our website and marketing channels.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AXION name, logo, website design, text, photography and other content are owned by or licensed to Siclopay Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. LIABILITY

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us where we fail to comply with these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of a product, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the product instructions or safety guidance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our liability is otherwise limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins and we will not argue the point.

10. PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms and any contract concluded through this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

We aim to resolve complaints directly. Please contact us first at support@trainaxion.com. Consumers in the European Union may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution body in their country of residence.
